Richard Rohr Book Club
The Richard Rohr Book Club will meet again on Saturday, April 11 at 3:00pm at St. Marks. We’ll cover chapters 8, 9, and 10, focusing on the transition to the Second Half of Life and eldering. All are welcome! Women of Grace
The Rev. Jenny Newman will be the speaker at our April 16 meeting in the church at noon. Bring a bag lunch and hear Jenny talk about her personal journey and call to ministry. She may also connect her story to the call to lay ministries - something each of us can reflect on and answer in our own lives. April is Senior Hunger Awareness Month
St. Mark’s, along with other area congregations, will be partnering with HELP of Beaufort in their “piggy” bank project, which will provide funds to assist senior citizens who are experiencing food insecurity. Look for the SPAM “piggy banks” in the church and in the Center beginning April 12, which you can add to throughout the month. Stay tuned for more details. * To access the Members Section of this site, please contact Carter Hoyt at [email protected] for password. |
