Resource Request Form

Organizations requesting funding from St. Mark's are required to complete the Resource Request Form. You may submit your request by filling out the form below and hitting SUBMIT. A member of the Outreach and Mission Committee will be in touch with you following consideration of your application.

The St. Mark's Outreach and Mission Committee meets on the fourth Tuesday of every month. Requests to be considered must be submitted one week prior to the meeting.
